Where are you located?
Our headquarters is nestled in Denver, Colorado at 1202 Still Pastures Drive. While we’re rooted in Denver, we proudly serve wellness seekers worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations).

Are your products eco-friendly?
We prioritize products made with sustainable materials whenever possible and are constantly seeking to expand our eco-conscious offerings. Many of our yoga accessories, packaging materials, and wellness products are made with natural, renewable, or recycled materials.

Ordering & Account

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your information for faster checkout, and receive personalized recommendations.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. You’ll receive instructions to create a new password. For security purposes, we never store or have access to your actual password.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two mindful shipping options:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 days).
  2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arriving in 15-25 business days after processing.
All orders placed before 2pm MST are dispatched the same day after our careful quality check.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we serve the global wellness community! However, we’re unable to ship to some remote areas (including parts of Asia). During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.
How is my order packaged?
Every YogaVibe package is prepared with the same care you bring to your practice. We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible, and each item is thoughtfully wrapped to ensure it arrives at your sacred space in perfect condition.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your YogaVibe account.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If any item doesn’t resonate with your practice, simply contact our Denver-based care team at [email protected], and we’ll guide you through our mindful return process.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Opened aromatherapy or bath/body products
  • Used yoga mats or personal care items
  • Incense that has been opened
All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Is it safe to enter my credit card information on your site?

Payment declines usually occur because:

  • Insufficient funds or credit limit reached
  • Potential fraud alert from your bank
