At YogaVibe Store, we approach returns with the same care and intention we bring to our yoga practice. We understand that sometimes products don’t align with your needs, just as some days our practice doesn’t align with our intentions. Below is our mindful approach to returns and exchanges.
Our Return Philosophy
We carefully select eco-friendly, high-quality yoga and wellness products for your journey. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery to ensure you find the perfect match for your practice.
Please Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following intimate wellness products:
- Yoga Bath & Body products (opened items)
- Masks (for health protection)
- Yoga Grip Socks & Gloves (worn items)
- Incense (once opened)
- Aromatherapy products (opened items)
Mindful Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return (Within 15 Days)
Contact our mindful care team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Prepaid return shipping label (for US returns)
- International return instructions (if applicable)
Step 3: Prepare Your Package
Please ensure:
- Items are unused and in original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings are intact
- Include the original packing slip or invoice
- Write your RMA number clearly on the package
Step 4: Ship Your Return
For US customers: Use the prepaid label we provide
International customers: We’ll guide you through the most cost-effective return method
Refund Process
Timeline:
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Credit Appears: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Refund Methods:
- Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Store credit (if preferred – will include a 10% gratitude credit bonus)
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
Exchanges
We happily exchange items within 15 days of delivery. Follow the same return process above, noting in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying your preferred:
- Size
- Color
- Alternative product (price differences will be adjusted)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email photos of the item and packaging to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or return.
